The hotel's location proved convenient, with access to key sites. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. I noticed diligent efforts by the housekeeping staff. The front desk team demonstrated Really good helpfulness and efficiency . I particularly appreciated the prompt resolution of a minor issue with my room's AC.
The hallway carpets showed some wear and could benefit from updating.

The hotel is located within a reasonable walking distance of the Haram. I could reach the holy site in approximately 15 minutes at a moderate pace. There were also readily available taxi services just outside the hotel entrance, offering another transportation option. Several shops are near the hotel.

The Standard Family Room was spacious and well kept, providing ample space for my family. I found that the beds were very comfortable and the provided linens were clean and fresh. The room included a mini-fridge and a tea and coffee maker.

The hotel restaurant provided a buffet breakfast with a reasonable selection of both local and international options. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were available EVERY morning. Seating was plentiful, and the staff kept the area tidy.

Staff interactions were consistently polite and efficient. I encountered no issues . Check-in was quick, and the concierge assisted with luggage storage. I also appreciated the prompt response to my inquiries about local attractions. It was VERY helpful.

I really did not like the hard beds. They were not comfortable at all. the noise from the street was constant. I could hear every honking car. service was poor. No one came to clean when i asked. the internet was unreliable. It kept disconnecting.

the parking was full, i was forced to pay extra, and the room had a bad smell. i suspect bad ventilation caused the odor.

the hotel provides a bus service to masjid ul haram and it is quite useful.
The location is inconvenient. The shuttle drops passengers at jarwal station. it involves a 10-minute walk from the hotel and an additional 15-minute uphill walk to the haram. taxis frequently charge high prices between the hotel and haram. This arrangement is difficult, especially for elderly guests.
